Terms of Use

Effective 5 October 2026

These terms apply to Daily Grid, Shikaku Daily, Bridges Daily and our other puzzle apps (“the apps”), made by Sensible Entertainment (“we”). By using the apps you agree to them. If you downloaded the apps from the App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, these terms govern our relationship with you to the extent the EULA allows.

1. Using the apps

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps for your own entertainment. The puzzles, art, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. Don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or scrape the apps or their puzzles except where the law allows it.

2. Purchases

3. Your account, usernames and friends

You’re responsible for what you do with your account. When choosing a username or display name, don’t:

Also don’t cheat (for example, submitting automated or tampered solves), exploit bugs, or interfere with the service. We may reset a username, remove solve times or friendships, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules. To report a username, email [email protected].

4. Ads

The free versions show ads provided by Google. Ads are non-personalized. We’re not responsible for third-party ads or the sites they link to. Pro removes ads.

5. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the apps (including online features such as friends, challenges and sync) at any time. We’ll try to keep purchased Pro features and packs available for as long as we offer the app.

6. No warranty

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don’t promise that they will be error-free or always available, or that progress or online data will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the apps in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how to delete it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [TODO: jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK or another country that gives you the right to rely on your local law and courts, you keep that right.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept it.
